Items will be sent through Australia Post and delivery times are as follows:

In Australia-

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch

New Zealand-

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after dispatch

 

COVID Post delays

As a result of these unparalleled circumstances, postal services are seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that parcels shipped may take longer to reach their destination. 

We will replace or refund your item, only if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements. In the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to mamatoadoula@gmail.com with a description and photos of the damage or issue, so we can discuss with you.

All returns (due only to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us.

Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.
